General Civil Litigation

I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation lawsuits in Los Angeles, as well as other courts in California, whether the client is an individual, business entity or other type of organization.

I always endeavor to give honest and pragmatic counseling to my clients before litigation occurs, once a lawsuit is filed, throughout the course of litigation, and until such civil litigation is disposed by judgment, and settlement or otherwise. Representation of my clients in civil litigation matters always begin my independently investigating and assessing the client’s claims, complaints and/or defenses. I also evaluate myclient’s rights, privileges, duties, reservations and obligations, and give my clients an honest opinion of chances of successful litigation based on the applicable law.

I aggressively and zealously represent my clients’ interest whether I appear on behalf of the client as a plaintiff or defendant. While I fight for your interest in court, my firm philosophy is to endeavor to successfully resolve disputes with productive negotiation instead of costly litigation, if possible.

Informed counseling is the bedrock of my success. By staying in constant contact with our clients throughout the course of litigation, I believe that I give my clients the best possible opportunity to make fully-informed decisions on whether to press litigation or to settle their lawsuit.
