Wayne B. Brosman

Wayne B. Brosman founded his law firm in 1998, which specialized in business litigation, real estate and employment law matters. Mr. Brosman is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California. He has extensive experience in state and federal court litigation, including taking depositions and law and motion practice. Mr. Brosman has also successfully tried and arbitrated hundreds of commercial matters. Mr. Brosman’s current practice includes the representation of small business, brokers, homeowners, builders, manufacturers, real estate investors, landlords and tenants throughout Southern California.

In 1991, Mr. Brosman began his legal practice in a Los Angeles banking law firm, formerly Epport & Richman, where he negotiated loan workout agreements and advised property managers about bank owned properties. He filed hundreds emergency applications for Receivership and tried numerous bank collection lawsuits. Later, he worked for a Century City firm, formerly Miller & Holguin, representing public and private pension funds in litigation involving their real estate portfolios.

Mr. Brosman has extensive employment law experience. In 1996, he served as General Counsel for a Santa Monica based medical research company. Subsequently, he served as Deputy General Counsel for a home mortgage banker and broker, supervising outside counsel in 48 states. As in-house counsel, Mr. Brosman worked on mortgage compliance, litigation, and personnel matters.

Mr. Brosman was born in Los Angeles, California in 1966. Mr. Brosman received a B.A. degree in economics, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1988. He participated in a Junior Year Abroad program in Budapest, Hungary, and studied several European languages. In 1991, Mr. Brosman received a J.D. degree from the George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
